The opportunity

We are seeking a new Business Development Specialist that is business minded and has a keen interest in all things related to business development, professional services and marketing. You will play a vital role as the primary business development and marketing point of contact for your allocated clients and practice groups.

 

You'll work with

  • National and state practice group heads to develop and maintain a group strategy and work with the partners on its implementation;
  • Partners by delivering business development and profile building advice;
  • Marketing team members and partners on client opportunity identification, pursuits and the delivery of compelling and commercial responses to opportunities that arise;
  • Client relationship partners on client plans, attending pitch debriefs and client listening sessions, ascertaining opportunities and areas for improvement, and working on implementing key lessons and messages; and
  • Key stakeholders by contributing to the growth of clients and success of the groups while building on your industry and client knowledge, advisory, strategy and client management skills.

 

To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have

  • You will have a degree in marketing, business, communications, law or other related discipline and have several years of transferrable experience.

  • Ability to work well autonomously, while also enjoying collaborating with the broader national team
