The opportunity
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our Insurance Statutory Classes Practice Group in our Brisbane Office on an 18-month Fixed Term Contract. You will be busy with tasks such as:
- supporting a key client in auditing, tracking medical appointments, updating precedents and file management
- assisting Partners and other allocated legal staff;
- major project support;
- matter management;
- preparation of correspondence and contracts;
- monthly billing using our file management system, Aderant;
- diary management and other general administration.
To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have
- experience supporting a Partner or executive;
- excellent grammar, spelling and attention to detail;
- strong time management and organisation skills;
- experience using Aderant and iManage (or similar) is highly desirable but not essential.
