- Developing impactful campaigns that position the firm as an authority in priority sectors and emerging trends.
- Partnering with National and State Practice Group Heads to craft tailored profiling strategies that showcase expertise and drive market differentiation.
- Contributing to training programs to equip firm media participants with the skills to engage effectively.

- Leveraging data to monitor media impact, brand perception, and providing strategic insights.
To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have
- Strong ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate with clarity and credibility.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering both strategic and operational plans that align with commercial objectives.
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills, particularly for senior audiences.
- A strong motivation to work closely with partners and clients, building trusted relationships, understanding their needs, and collaborating to deliver tailored solutions that achieve successful outcomes.
- Existing media contacts are preferred but not essential. If you don’t have prior experience, we’re looking for someone eager to develop and map out media relationships.
- Experience within professional services or the legal industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with working with external agencies.
- A genuine desire to work closely with partners and clients to support them in achieving successful outcomes.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional client service while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
