The opportunity
We're seeking a dynamic and people focused Change and Delivery Coordinator (known internally as the Change and Delivery Lead) to join our growing IT team during an exciting period of digital transformation. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a structured yet agile approach to delivery.
As the Change and Delivery Coordinator, you'll play a key role in shaping and executing project and change plans with agility, while driving effective stakeholder communication across business units and technology teams. You'll be busy facilitating feedback loops to support continuous improvement and lead the development and delivery of training throughout the business. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about enabling change, connecting people with technology, and ensuring smooth service delivery in a collaborative, forward thinking environment.
You'll be busy with
- coordinating meetings, workshops, and training sessions
- preparing training materials, user guides and support documentation
- delivering firmwide communications, FAQs and change messaging
- supporting project planning, task tracking and progress reporting
- monitoring feedback and user engagement post implementation to identify gaps and needs
- tracking and escalating risks and blockers to the Senior Project Manager
- promote a positive experience for staff as new systems and ways of working are introduced
- help ensure business readiness for new systems and processes
To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have
- 2–4 years’ experience in project coordination, change support, or training delivery roles
- experience in LMS advantageous but not required
- experience in Microsoft stack
- proven ability to coordinate and run meetings, workshops, and training sessions
- collaborative and approachable, with strong stakeholder engagement capability
- a proactive, service-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
- experience supporting change initiatives and user adoption in a professional or corporate environment
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- confident preparing and delivering user-facing materials
