The opportunity

Our Melbourne Banking & Finance Partner, Elpis Korosidis, acts predominantly for non-bank lenders in in the real estate finance space including acquisition finance, project & construction finance. Elpis prides herself on delivering exceptional client service and doing what she can to support and encourage her team to reach their full potential. As a result, she is recruiting solicitors (from junior level and up) to join her high performing team.

You'll be busy with

• primary carriage of a high volume of lending matters
• drafting meticulous legal documents
• developing and maintaining highly regarded client relationships

Ideally, you might have

• from 3+ years PAE
• excellent academics
• experience with real estate finance, including construction finance
• for senior candidates, appetite and ability to mentor our juniors
• a client focused mindset
