The opportunity 

We have an opportunity to join our highly regarded Brisbane Banking & Finance practice group. You will be supporting Partners, and Solicitors in delivering exceptional legal services. You'll be busy with: 

  • conducting draft documents;
  • liaising with clients professionally and attend meetings;
  • preparing and maintaining precedent documents;
  • managing correspondence, file maintenance, and administrative tasks;
  • assisting with billing, debtor collection, and accounts administration via Aderant Expert;
  • coordinating meetings and contributing to marketing activities;
  • supporting staff training initiatives.

To succeed in this role, ideally, you'll have

  • experience as a Paralegal within Banking & Finance;
  • a strong commitment to client service;
  • the ability to manage volume and competing priorities with a high level of attention to detail.
