The opportunity

This fixed term contract is a fantastic opportunity for a People & Development Coordinator seeking their next challenge within a true generalist business advisory team. This is a great opportunity offering valuable experience within a supportive team environment. You'll be working with our P&D team daily on a variety of people matters, extrapolating people related data, and providing vital coordinative support to the employee lifecycle. You'll also play a key role in our market-leading graduate program, wider People initiatives and supporting our staff with their career goals. Our People function is evolving and growing with exciting plans for change, including new systems, initiatives, efficiencies and building out a high performing career development program across all levels. This role will also play a key role supporting our some of our interstate offices.

 

To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have

  • experience providing support to an HR or perhaps a recruitment team, preferably within a fast paced environment
  • a proactive approach to your work, including a passion for creative HR ideas, solutions and operations
  • passion for enabling seamless people process experiences
  • the capability to maintain a high attention to detail, whilst working at pace and among volume
