The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our Insurance Practice Group in our Brisbane Office. You will be busy with tasks such as:

  • assisting a team of allocated legal staff;
  • major project support;
  • matter management;
  • preparation of correspondence and contracts;
  • monthly billing using our file management system, Aderant;
  • diary management, liaising with clients and other general administration.

To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have

  • experience supporting senior lawyers;
  • strong time management and organisation skills;
  • experience managing complex billing processes;
  • excellent grammar, spelling and attention to detail; and
  • experience using Aderant and iManage (or similar) is highly desirable.
