The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our Insurance Practice Group in our Brisbane Office. You will be busy with tasks such as:
- assisting a team of allocated legal staff;
- major project support;
- matter management;
- preparation of correspondence and contracts;
- monthly billing using our file management system, Aderant;
- diary management, liaising with clients and other general administration.
To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have
- experience supporting senior lawyers;
- strong time management and organisation skills;
- experience managing complex billing processes;
- excellent grammar, spelling and attention to detail; and
- experience using Aderant and iManage (or similar) is highly desirable.
