The opportunity
We have a unique opportunity for a candidate to join our impressive and highly regarded Sydney Corporate and Commercial Practice Group working with Partner Tom Morgan. As part of the team, you will work on an interesting mix of equity capital markets, public M&A, private treaty M&A, strategic advice and corporate governance work. This is a unique opportunity to work on top tier matters and collaborate with our prominent client base.

 

You'll be busy with

  • equity capital markets transactions, including IPO and ASX listings, secondary raisings as well as private rounds
  • private and public M&A, including sale of business, share purchase agreements and schemes of arrangements
  • corporate governance and director duties advice
  • business set up, structuring, shareholder agreements and related documentation
  • work in collaboration with International Clients in relation to Australian transactions

To be successful in this role, you might have

  • 5-8 years PAE
  • experience in ECM & M&A
  • strategic and critical thinking capabilities
  • leadership skills to assist in developing our junior cohort
