The opportunity

Join our highly regarded Hobart office as part of our genuine nationally integrated offering. You'll get access to an interesting and broad mix of matters across general insurance, workers compensation, personal injury, health and civil litigation. Our team has a demonstrated track record of building and maintaining longstanding relationships in the Australian insurance market and mentoring talent throughout their careers.

You’ll also:

  • Form part of a high-performing, collaborative and friendly team.
  • Get direct client access and manage your own file load, with the support of an experienced supervising partner and team of solicitors.
  • Be genuinely involved business development initiatives.
  • Enjoy a healthy work and life balance.

To succeed in this role, ideally, you'll have

  • 3+ years PAE;
  • Experience with Health and/ or general insurance claims, including civil litigation;
  • Ability to manage a file load autonomously, whilst delegating work tasks effectively;
  • Great interpersonal skills;
  • Among senior candidates, a desire to mentor and grow our junior cohort.
