The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity to join our highly regarded Brisbane Property team. As the team continues to grow, we are seeking a strong property lawyer to join the practice.

You’ll be involved in:

• Drafting leases, variations, consents to assignment, and surrender documents;
• Reviewing and advising on requested amendments;
• Managing document execution, key date summaries, stamping, and registration;
• Preparing simple commercial contracts and special conditions using precedents;
• Advising on amendments to simpler contracts;
• Supporting seniors with post-contract transactions (settlement adjustments, PEXA, tenant notices, etc.).

To succeed in this role, ideally, you'll have

• from 3+ years PAE
• experience in commercial property and leasing
• strong interpersonal skills to work with our wider team and clients
