  • Exciting fast-paced role in our dispute resolution team working alongside and learning from a number of our leading Partners with an excellent mix of work across corporate and commercial disputes, property disputes, regulatory investigations, insolvency and other matters.

  • Work across a variety of courts and tribunals and gain experience in alternative dispute resolution and assisting clients to avoid, manage and resolve disputes.

The opportunity

Our Melbourne Litigation team is hiring. We represent a diverse client base, including major financial institutions, large corporates (listed and unlisted), government bodies, and private businesses. You'll gain exposure to complex and high-profile disputes in a range of industries.

Our team works on a wide range of disputes including contractual disputes, corporate/transactional disputes, property disputes, insolvency and regulatory investigations and disputes.

We work closely with clients assist clients in a strategic way to assist them in avoiding, managing and resolving disputes and managing risk.

 

Ideally, you will come with

  • 3+ years PAE
  • Experience in handling general commercial disputes
  • A desire to learn and grow
  • An appetite to mentor our juniors and demonstrate leadership
  • A client-focused and proactive approach, with a strong understanding of the needs of commercial clients
  • Insolvency experience advantageous but not essential
