The opportunity
You’ll work closely with our recently appointed Head of People Advisory, the Employee Experience team, and the wider People & Development function nationally. Your role will involve daily HR operations and coaching our workforce on complex and interesting people matters, including performance and probation management, graduate and clerkship programs, employee relations matters, wellbeing projects, retention, talent attraction, and compensation.
You might come with:
- experience across a variety of HR generalist issues, including performance management, onboarding, and remuneration (professional services experience advantageous but not essential)
- excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and creative People ideas
- confidence in leading influential conversations on interesting matters
