The opportunity

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our Planning & Environment Practice Group in our Brisbane Office. You will be busy with tasks such as:

• assisting Partners and other allocated legal staff;
• major project support;
• matter management;
• preparation of correspondence and contracts;
• monthly billing using our file management system, Aderant;
• diary management, liaising with clients and other general administration.
  
  

To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have

• experience supporting a Partner or executive;
• excellent grammar, spelling and attention to detail;
• strong time management and organisation skills;
• experience using Aderant and iManage (or similar) is highly desirable but not essential.
