We’re seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager for our Sydney office to oversee IT service delivery and drive improvements in user experience. Reporting directly to the CIO, this role is critical in ensuring that IT services align with business needs while maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency. As part of our team, you will manage day-to-day IT operations and champion continuous improvement initiatives within a collaborative and innovative environment.
You'll be busy with:
- managing day-to-day IT service operations to ensure high-quality service delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery processes and user satisfaction.
- leading and overseeing the change management process to ensure seamless implementation of IT changes with minimal disruption to business operations.
- actively participating in Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes to maintain a stable and secure IT environment.
- providing leadership and coordination for IT service teams, ensuring the effective delivery of solutions and advice to stakeholders.
- managing vendor relationships to ensure efficient and reliable operation of IT services.
To succeed in this role, ideally, you'll have
- at least 5 years of experience in IT service delivery or a related leadership role.
- strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- a proven ability to manage vendor relationships and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing service operations.
- strong technical understanding of Microsoft architecture and related products.
- outstanding time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet fixed deadlines.
- a structured and logical approach to challenges, with high attention to detail.
