The opportunity 

Our Brisbane Insurance Statutory Classes Practice Group, are looking for an Associate to join their high performing team, led by Partner Graeme Traves. This is a career defining opportunity for someone who is looking for access to impressive industry leading clients and matters. You'll focus on matters within personal injury claims relating to workers’ compensation, self-insurance, policy interpretation, accident compensation, occupiers’ liability, compulsory third-party claims and public liability. 

To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have

  • at least 3+ years PAE
  • experience with personal injury insurance, or public liability claims
  • strong understanding of workers' compensation insurance
  • ability to draft clear and concise communications
  • good interpersonal and communication skills to be able to deal with clients and other parties
  • a desire to develop your career and professional network in the Insurance industry
