The opportunity
We are currently looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join our Property Practice Group, working directly with Partners, Martin Downing and Melissa Hore. You will have direct partner contact and be mentored directly by the Partners. You will also be supported by junior lawyers and the wider property team.

This will be a 50/50 leasing and buying and selling role, so the team are looking for someone with experience in both areas and excited about an opportunity to develop these skills within a supportive and collaborative team.

To succeed in this role, ideally, you'll have

• 3 -5 years PQE as a Lawyer within a Property practice
• strong knowledge of commercial and retail leasing and an interest in developing these skills
• an understanding of commercial property transactions
• desire to develop career in property
• good interpersonal skills to be able to engage with clients and other parties
• strong communication and language skills
• pro-active and inquisitive nature
• attention to detail
• organised and systematic
• wants to contribute to the success of the team and everyone in it
• a "can do" approach and team player
