The opportunity

We have an opportunity for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join our well-regarded Hobart Property practice. You will collaborate with Tasmanian clients and the nation's top-tier clients on significant matters and have scope to team up with national colleagues. You’ll have the opportunity to assist with commercial, industrial, residential and retail transactions, developments (greenfield and off the plan), and leasing matters.

You'll be busy with

• providing conveyancing services to clients in a competent, ethical and responsible manner
• acting in a conveyancing paralegal capacity on property sales, acquisitions, and leasing transactions
• prepare legal documents, including settlement statements,  and Land Titles dealings
• liaise with clients, financial institutions, real estate and legal professionals throughout the conveyancing process and attend settlements
• maintain accurate records, billing and administrative tasks.

To succeed in this role, ideally, you'll have

• conveyancing-related experience
• excellent communication skills
• strong attention to detail
• strong organisational skills
• experience in Property development and commercial transactions
• commercial acumen and critical thinking capabilities
