The opportunity

We are currently looking for a Solicitor or Associate to join our Property Practice Group. You will have direct partner contact and be mentored by Peter Barakate, together within a collaborative and relaxed team. You will also by supported by specialist junior lawyers, graduates, paralegals and conveyancers. Peter is passionate about actively supporting his team for personal and professional development.

To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have

• 3+ years PAE
• experience in commercial property
• property acquisitions
• complex property transactions for both government and private sector
• an understanding of NSW property law
• the ability to undertake transaction management through the use of PEXA
• good interpersonal skills to be able to engage with clients and other parties
• desire to develop your career in property
• a 'can do' approach/Team player
