About you
You are an experienced tender writer with a sharp eye for detail, strong bid management capability and a talent for bringing together compelling, client-focused submissions. You think strategically, manage competing deadlines with confidence and contribute ideas that help teams produce high-quality responses to RFTs, RFPs and other tender opportunities.
Working closely with our marketing specialists, partners and lawyers, you will play a key role in contributing to, coordinating and managing the bid process from start to finish, helping to ensure responses are delivered on time and to a consistently high standard. You will use your skills to:
• write persuasive proposals, tenders and quotations
• draft tailored client and practice group capability statements
• project manage timelines and source contributions
• collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders involved in bid responses, and
• attend debriefs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
