The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our Chief Executive Officer, Kris Hopkins. This is a pivotal role operating at the heart of the business, providing executive, governance and stakeholder support across the leadership team.

You'll be busy with:

  • Managing the CEO's schedule and priorities;
  • Coordinating Board and Executive Leadership Team activities, including agendas, papers, reporting and Practice Group Head meeting logistics;
  • Preparing quality reports, presentations, correspondence and governance documentation for executive and Board audiences;
  • Supporting Partner growth activity including deed preparation, onboarding and insurances;
  • Acting as a trusted liaison between the CEO, Board members, Partners, senior leaders and external stakeholders; and
  • Driving the smooth operation of executive administration, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • Significant experience supporting a CEO, Managing Partner or C-suite executive in a fast-paced professional environment;
  • Experience coordinating Board and executive governance processes, including preparation of Board papers, and leadership reporting;
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with a strong ability to prepare polished reports, presentations and executive correspondence;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint, Word and executive-level document preparation; and
  • Great organisation and judgement to manage priorities with professionalism and responsiveness.
