The opportunity

We are looking for Personal Assistants to join HWLE's Brisbane office, supporting our Workplace Relations & Safety, Health and Environment & Planning practice groups.

• assisting Partners and other legal staff
• using various court filing systems
• reporting and monthly billing using our file management system, Aderant
• preparation of correspondence, contracts and other documents
• diary management, liaising with clients, file opening and other administration tasks
  
  

To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have

• experience with administrative support to Partners/Executives within professional services.
• among law student applicants, a minimum 2 years left in your studies (full-time availability is preferred but we are also considering job share among part time students).
• excellent attention to detail
