The opportunity
Our Sydney Banking & Finance Partners Chris Fanning, Annie Tseung, and Abi Uthayachandran are seeking a motivated paralegal to join their fast-growing team to assist with their rapidly growing private credit lender stream of work.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in mortgage advances and front-end finance work, however we also welcome applications from junior paralegals or administrative assistants who are eager to take the next step on their career and transition into a paralegal role.

You'll be busy with

If successful, you will play a key role supporting our private lender client base on a range of financing transactions. You will be trusted with direct client communication and will actively contribute to developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • drafting legal documents
  • end-to-end transaction management
  • coordinating and settling transactions, primarily through PEXA

 

To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have

  • experience with real estate finance and loan documents
  • a strong commitment to client service and responsiveness
  • the ability to manage competing priorities with a high level of attention to detail
  • Familiarity with PEXA and PPSR processes and platforms
  • A proactive, solutions-focussed mindset
