The opportunity

We have an opportunity for a Lawyer to join our Melbourne Banking & Finance practice group working alongside Partner Elpis Korosidis who acts predominantly for non-bank lenders in in the real estate finance space including acquisition finance, project & construction finance.

Elpis prides herself on delivering exceptional client service and doing what she can to support and encourage her team to reach their full potential. As a result, she is recruiting solicitors (from junior level and up) to join her high performing team.

You'll be busy with

• primary carriage of a high volume of lending matters
• meticulous drafting of legal documents
• developing and maintaining highly regarded client relationships

Ideally, you might have

• from 1+ years PAE
• experience with real estate finance, including construction finance
• experience with PEXA
• for senior candidates, appetite and ability to mentor our juniors
• a client focused mindset
• Sharedo experience advantageous
