The opportunity
We are seeking an Office Services Assistant who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. In this hands on role, you will support the day to day operations of the office, from managing deliveries and maintaining records, to keeping office supplies organised and well stocked.
You'll be busy with
- dealing with deliveries
- managing archiving and records within our records management system
- stocking and maintaining our office supplies and staff kitchen area
- providing support with IT related responsibilities and inquiries
- working with Reception and Marketing to set-up rooms for meetings and events
- attending to requests via our Admin Helpdesk
- providing support with building & security maintenance when necessary
To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have
- experience providing admin support and office services
- an ability to lift and move items such as boxes and office furniture
- experience working within a law firm is advantageous
- an ability to provide IT support; coordinate virtual meetings as necessary (highly desirable)
