The opportunity

Our Sydney Banking & Finance Partner, Harry Cormack, predominantly advises on commercial lending transactions, ranging from SME-level deals through to institutional-level matters. He has a particular focus on the corporate, commercial, agribusiness, and business banking sectors. Harry prides himself on delivering exceptional client service and is committed to supporting and encouraging his team to reach their full potential.

Accountabilities

• drafting meticulous legal documents
• settling loans through the electronic conveyancing platform
• developing and maintaining highly regarded client relationships
  
  

To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have

• PEXA experience is highly regarded 
• PPSR experience
• experience with real estate finance and loan settlements
• a strong commitment to client service
• the ability to manage volume and competing priorities with a high level of attention to detail
