The opportunity

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a Human Resources graduate seeking entry level experience within a true generalist business advisory team, or for an executive assistant or administrator looking to be involved with a People team. This is a maternity cover position, offering valuable fixed-term experience within a supportive team environment.

You will be working with our P&D team daily on a variety of people matters, providing vital, central admin and coordinative support relating to the employee life cycle, getting involved with our market-leading graduate program and wider P&D initiatives. Our P&D function is evolving and growing, with a focus on progressive initiatives, people-centred culture, and career development across all levels.

To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have

  • experience providing administrative support to either an HR team, executive or Partner.
  • a keen interest in HR and People operations.
  • a proactive approach to your work, including an appetite for creative People ideas.
  • passion for enabling seamless people process experiences, and employee-centric approaches to P&D interactions.
  • the capability to maintain a high attention to detail, whilst working at pace.
