  • Prepare routine compliance reporting and dashboards (e.g. training completion, audit actions, policy attestations and WHS injury, incident and hazard reporting)
  • Coordinate compliance-related training logistics, including inductions, refreshers, enrolments, attendance tracking and maintenance of training records
  • Provide project and operational support for people risk and compliance initiatives, including psychosocial risk management implementation, professional certification programs and HR compliance uplift activities
  • Support HRIS, LMS and document management systems from a people compliance perspective to ensure controls operate as designed
  • Assist with the drafting, review, publication and document control of People & Development policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, guidance material and process documentation
  • Triage routine people compliance enquiries, coordinating responses across People & Development and key stakeholders
  • Build strong working relationships across the firm to support timely completion of compliance requirements and continuous improvement

To be successful in this role, you’ll have

  • Strong administrative, coordination or compliance support experience, ideally in a regulated or professional services environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, confidentiality and record integrity
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and follow‑ups
  • Confidence working with systems and data, including HRIS, LMS, Excel trackers and document management tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions
