The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support two dynamic and growing practices within our Brisbane office. This hybrid role spans both our Workplace Relations & Safety team and our Health practice, offering variety and exposure to two specialist areas.
  • assisting Partners and other allocated legal staff;
  • major project support;
  • matter management;
  • preparation of correspondence and contracts;
  • monthly billing using our file management system, Aderant;
  • diary management, liaising with clients and other general administration.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys variety, and takes pride in delivering exceptional support. You’ll work closely with two collaborative teams and have the opportunity to develop your skills in a professional services setting.

To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have

  • experience supporting a Partner or executive;
  • excellent grammar, spelling and attention to detail;
  • strong time management and organisation skills;
  • experience using Aderant and iManage (or similar) is highly desirable but not essential.
