The opportunity

We are looking for a legal assistant to join HWLE's Hobart office. We have a friendly team culture, and our administrative support team is at the core of our success. In this role, you might be busy with:

• assisting Partners and other legal staff;
• using various court filing systems;
• reporting and monthly billing using our file management system, Aderant; and
• preparation of correspondence, contracts and other documents;
• diary management, liaising with clients, file opening and other general administration.

To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have:

• experience with administrative support to Partners/Executives within professional services
• among law student applicants, minimum 2 years left in your studies and preferably full-time availability
• excellent attention to detail
