The opportunity 

We have an opportunity to join our highly regarded Brisbane Property practice group. You will be supporting Partners, and Solicitors in delivering exceptional legal services. You'll be busy with: 

• conducting draft documents;  
• liaising with clients professionally and attend meetings; 
• preparing and maintaining precedent documents; 
• managing correspondence, file maintenance, and administrative tasks; 
• assisting with billing, debtor collection, and accounts administration via Aderant Expert; 
• coordinating meetings and contributing to marketing activities; and 
• supporting staff training initiatives. 

To succeed in this role, ideally, you'll have: 

• experience in a similar paralegal or legal support role;  
• strong understanding of property law processes; 
• strong conveyancing and leasing experience; 
• excellent attention to detail and organisation skills; 
• effective written and verbal communication; 
• competence in drafting; and 
• proficiency in Aderant Expert or similar legal systems (preferred).
