The opportunity

Our Melbourne Banking & Finance Partner, Elpis Korosidis, acts predominantly for non-bank lenders in in the real estate finance space including acquisition finance, project & construction finance. Elpis prides herself on delivering exceptional client service and doing what she can to support and encourage her team to reach their full potential. As a result, she is recruiting paralegals to join her high performing team. You'll be busy with:

• drafting meticulous legal documents;
• settling loans through the electronic conveyancing platform; and
• developing and maintaining highly regarded client relationships.

To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have

• experience with real estate finance and loan settlements
• a strong commitment to client service
• the ability to manage volume and competing priorities with a high level of attention to detail
