The opportunity

We are looking for a receptionist to join the Perth office of HWLE. This is a great opportunity to engage with our esteemed clients and key business partners, serving as the firm's public representative an initial point of contact. This role is part of the Office Services team and is being offered on a part-time basis, working Monday to Wednesday, and is an excellent opportunity for university students looking to gain hands-on experience while balancing their studies. You'll be busy with:

• greeting clients and visitors upon arrival and offering assistance as needed
• working with our great admin team to assist with functions and events
• handling all enquiries in a professional manner
• arrange room bookings and assist with IT set-up
• managing deliveries and dealings with building management
• support the broader Office Services team as required

To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have

• a warm and friendly demeanour in person and over the phone
• passion for high level of excellent service and professional presentation
• experience representing professional services is advantageous
• exceptional communication skills and comfort engaging with all levels
