The opportunity

We have an opportunity for a high performing Conveyancer to join our well-regarded Adelaide Property practice, led by Adam Ludlow and Damien Foulis.

You will collaborate with the nation's top-tier clients on significant matters and have scope to team up with national colleagues. You’ll have the opportunity to assist with complex commercial, industrial and retail transactions, bulk developments (greenfield and off the plan), and leasing matters. This position is available as both full-time or part-time for the right candidate.

Day to day, you'll be busy with:

  • providing conveyancing services to clients in a competent, ethical and responsible manner;
  • acting in a conveyancing capacity on property sales, acquisitions, and leasing transactions;
  • prepare legal documents, including settlement statements, Form 1 Vendor's Statements and Land Services instruments;
  • liaise with clients, financial institutions, real estate and legal professionals throughout the conveyancing process; and
  • maintain accurate records, billing and administrative tasks.

To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have

  • 2+ years conveyancing experience;
  • excellent communication skills;
  • strong attention to detail;
  • strong organisational skills;
  • experience in Property development and commercial transactions; and
  • commercial acumen and critical thinking capabilities;
