The opportunity
Based in either Sydney or Norwest, we have an opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our impressive and highly regarded Litigation practice working with Partner Craig Powell on large scale commercial litigation matters. You will also have the opportunity to work alongside Sean O'Donnell and George Angelinas on complex contractual, property, and equity disputes.

You'll be busy with

  • Complex international commercial litigation matters
  • Dealing directly with Counsel
  • Working collaboratively with team of experienced lawyers
  • Prepare, predict and advise as to possible outcomes associated with litigation
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research on complex and evolving commercial issues
  • Dealing with clients to provide strategic and commercial advice on risk, dispute resolution and litigation strategy

To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have

  • 7+ years PAE
  • commercial disputes experience in large commercial matters
  • strong management of large-scale document production and discovery process
  • strategic and critical thinking capabilities
  • strong leadership skills to assist in developing our junior cohort
  • strong practice management and attention to detail
