The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor or Associate to join our highly regarded Sydney Banking & Finance team, working predominantly with Partners Adam Fuller and Ben Burney. You will be part of a supportive sub‑team of lawyers across varying levels of experience.

As a Solicitor, you will gain exposure to a broad range of high‑quality transactional work, including linked bilateral, club and syndicated financings, senior/mezzanine finance and intercreditor arrangements, debt advisory and tenders including terms sheets and commitment letters, IPO financings, construction and development finance, and acquisition finance, strategic debt investments, debt restructurings and recapitalisations. You will work closely with senior members of the team, developing strong technical skills while contributing to complex and interesting matters.

To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have

• 1–2 years PAE
• strong drafting skills and technical curiosity
• sound organisational and transactional management skills
• a client‑focused mindset and the ability to develop professional relationships, and enthusiasm, willingness to learn and a collaborative approach.
