The opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join our Construction & Infrastructure group working alongside David Jury and Lucas Keogh.
Our size, experience, and expertise attract instructions from tier-one contractors, commonwealth, state and local government, listed developers and sovereign wealth funds. Equally, we're able to offer value-for-money services for small to medium projects and support senior lawyers to develop their own practice.

You'll be busy with
- providing advice on construction and project disputes
- manage litigation, arbitration and adjudications from start to finish
- work on claims and disputes arising out of:
- alternative dispute resolution forums including dispute resolution boards and expert determinations
- major infrastructure projects including construction of rail infrastructure, airport developments, schools, road and other civil construction
- commercial, residential and retail tower developments, industrial and large-scale residential developments
To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have
- 5+ years PAE
- excellent written skills
- enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
- strategic and critical thinking capabilities
- strong leadership skills to assist in developing our junior cohort who are exceptionally talented, motivated and passionate.
