About the Opportunity
Join a growing Banking & Finance practice led by recently appointed partner, Chris Trudinger. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a highly regarded practitioner as he continues to expand the practice, offering lawyers the chance to play a meaningful role in its development and success.
Working alongside Chris, you'll advise major banks, financial institutions, non-bank lenders, funds, corporate and government investors and borrowers and other market participants on securitisation, structured finance and other sophisticated financing structures at the forefront of Australia's financial markets. You'll gain exposure to a broad range of high-profile transactions in dynamic and growing market segments and gain hands-on experience in structuring and managing complex financing transactions.
Beyond the quality of work, this role offers the rare opportunity to join a practice with significant momentum. You'll work directly with a recognised market leader, gain early responsibility and client exposure, and contribute to the continued growth of a specialist Banking & Finance team. For lawyers looking to accelerate their careers, this level of exposure and influence is often difficult to find within larger, more established teams.
Supported by a collaborative and high-performing culture, you'll work on some of Australia's most sophisticated financing transactions while benefiting from genuine career progression opportunities, ongoing professional development and a flexible, modern working environment. Whether you're looking to deepen your expertise in securitisation and structured finance or broaden your exposure across sophisticated financing arrangements and debt capital markets, this role provides an outstanding platform for long-term career growth.
