The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to join our highly regarded Corporate & Commercial team in Adelaide, working closely with Partner Nick Karagianis. In this role, you’ll support South Australian and international clients within many sectors, including industrial manufacturing, defence and natural resources, and gain exposure to a broad range of matters including M&A, capital markets, procurement, general commercial advisory, and corporate governance. You'll get direct client access and scope to team up with our national colleagues.

To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have

• 2+ years PAE in any of the following areas; M&A, corporate governance, capital markets or procurement/commercial contracting;
• strategic and critical thinking capability;
• strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills;
• a Baseline security clearance may be required; and
• willingness to work as part of cohesive local team and alongside a diverse range of colleagues and practice areas locally and nationally.
