The Opportunity

We have a unique opportunity for a dynamic candidate to join our impressive and highly regarded Sydney TMT team working with Partners Josh Messing and Alfonso Valenti and team. As part of the team you will work on an interesting mix of outsourcing, procurement, tech, telco and bespoke commercial contracting work. This is an amazing opportunity to work on top tier matters and collaborate with our prominent client base.

Accountabilities

• drafting complex contracts
• contract negotiation
• contract and related regulatory advice work
• practice management skills
• client engagement and development.

To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have:

• 4+ years PAE
• TMT Specialised Lawyer with IT Procurement and contracting experience
• Strategic and critical thinking capability
• Ability to work autonomously
