The opportunity

We have an opportunity to join our market leading Perth Property practice, led by Paul Wilson, Meagan Johnston and Michael Swift. We act for a diverse range of private and public sector clients on property transactions, projects and large scale acquisitions. Depending on your area of expertise, you will gain exposure to direct client access and instructions on:

• Capital transactions;
• Complex leasing matters;
• Renewable projects;
• Joint venture projects;
• Agribusiness projects;
• Strata and greenfield subdivisions; or
• Master planned communities, including aged care and retirement living.

To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have

• 4+ years PAE
• experience within a specialised Property practice; and
• an appetite to mentor our junior cohort.
