The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate to join our highly regarded Melbourne Property team. Our Partners who form part of our developments subgroup, David Marriott, Lydia Arrico-Dunn and Alex Koidl are growing their team. You'll work on top tier matters, work with our prominent client base and among senior candidates, the assist in developing our exceptional group of junior lawyers. You'll have the opportunity to run complex commercial, industrial, retail and residential transactions, acquisitions, bulk developments and complex leasing matters.

 

To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have

  • from 3+ years PAE
  • experience in property development and commercial transactions
  • transactional/commercial leasing experience (office, industrial and retail) acting for both landlords and tenants
  • strong interpersonal skills to work with our wider team and clients
