The opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Office Services Assistant to join our Perth team on a full-time basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a candidate who takes pride in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of an office environment and has experience supporting an administrative team. If you are detail-oriented, customer-focused, enjoy working in the office five days per week, this role may be of interest. In this hands-on role, you will support daily office operations, including managing deliveries, maintaining records, and ensuring office supplies are well organised and consistently stocked.

This hands-on role involves a high volume of day-to-day administrative tasks including:

  • first point of contact for all Admin/Shared Business Services roles Admin/Records/Reception;
  • assist with archiving and records within our records management system;
  • stocking and ordering our office supplies and staff kitchen area;
  • working with Reception and Marketing to set-up rooms for meetings and events;
  • manage allocation of workstations to new starters and updating the floor plan;
  • attending to requests via our Admin Helpdesk; and
  • providing support with building & security maintenance when necessary.

To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have

  • experience providing admin support and office service;
  • excellent organisational skills with a mature, proactive approach;
  • have excellent communication skills with a customer service approach;
  • have strong teamwork skills; and
  • experience working within a law firm is advantageous.
