The opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join our Corporate & Commercial practice group working with Partner Laura Young and Consultant Allison McLeod on a Full-time basis.

Laura specialises in a broad range of commercial matters, including strategic transactions such as acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, restructures, partnerships, and shareholder arrangements, as well as advising on all aspects of day to day commercial operations. Allison provides advice and assistance to clients on trade and distribution, intellectual property, competition law, and consumer law.

You'll be busy with

• assisting Partners and other legal staff
• using various court filing systems
• reporting and monthly billing using our file management system Aderant
• preparation of correspondence, contracts and other documents
• diary management, liaising with clients, file opening and other administration tasks

To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have

• previous experience as a Personal Assistant working within a legal environment.
• experience with administrative support to Partners/Executives within professional services
• excellent attention to detail
