The opportunity

We are currently looking for a Senior Associate to join our Property Practice Group. You will work closely with Partner by Michael Robinson as a key member of his established, successful and collaborative team. You will also by supported by the intermediate and junior lawyer's paralegals and conveyancers. Michael is passionate about actively supporting the personal and professional development of the members of his team.

To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have

• strong experience in relation to property development transactions including project delivery agreements, development and joint venture agreements.
• acquisitions and disposal of commercial and industrial properties and large development sites
• ability to manage complex property matters, including supervising intermediate and junior lawyers in relation to them.
• leasing experience is not required for this role but would be beneficial.
• excellent communication and client engagement skills
• a commercial, proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work collaboratively
