The opportunity
Our Sydney Banking & Finance Partners Ben Burney and Adam Fuller are seeking a motivated paralegal to join their fast-growing team to assist with their rapidly growing private credit lender stream of work.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in mortgage advances and front-end finance work, however we also welcome applications from junior paralegals or administrative assistants who are eager to take the next step on their career and transition into a paralegal role. If you're someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment and is also confident working independently, we would love to hear from you.
You'll be busy with
If successful, you will play a key role supporting our private lender client base on a range of financing transactions. You will be trusted with direct client communication and will actively contribute to developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- drafting legal documents
- end-to-end transaction management
- coordinating and settling transactions, primarily through PEXA
To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have
- experience with real estate finance and loan documents
- a strong commitment to client service and responsiveness
- the ability to manage competing priorities with a high level of attention to detail
- Familiarity with PEXA and PPSR processes and platforms
- A proactive, solutions-focussed mindset
