About the Adelaide Graduate Program:
Our carefully tailored Graduate Program runs for 12 months commencing in February 2026.
You will immediately become an important member of our team, assisting in a range of areas including drafting, court attendances, client interaction and legal research. You will have an opportunity to practice in different technical and industry groups and develop an understanding of the vital importance of client relationship management.
Who We Are Looking For:
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Graduate to join our highly regarded Adelaide Litigation practice. You’ll work within a motivated team of skilled lawyers across Commercial, Banking, and Insolvency matters, led by Partner Wendy Jones. In this role, you’ll support the team with the day to day running of banking and other recovery matters. You’ll enjoy hands-on experience, managing files from inception, including taking instructions, preparing and issuing correspondence, preparing and issuing court proceedings, appearing in court on routine matters, managing communications with clients and other parties. You will also be exposed to and have opportunities to work on a broad range of complex and interesting litigation and insolvency matters.
Who Can Apply:

- You have graduated within the past two years.
- You studied Law at an Australian university.
- You are an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
