The opportunity
HWLE Lawyers has a rare opportunity for a recent graduate in Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline to join our national Marketing and Business Development team as a Marketing Assistant in our Adelaide office. We are seeking someone who can think strategically, contribute valuable ideas, and help deliver an outstanding experience to our internal and external clients, all while enjoying our collaborative and dynamic team environment.

You will also support the wider team across all facets of event delivery, including liaising with relevant stakeholders, recommending and selecting venues, designing invitations, managing guest lists, and overseeing the client experience at events.  

You will also collaborate with lawyers and the marketing team on client proposals and tenders, prepare and distribute external communications to clients and stakeholders, design documents to support marketing initiatives, as well as assist with posting of publications and material on LinkedIn and the firm's website.

To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have
• the ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative national team
• exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• high attention to detail and strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities
