The opportunity

We are looking for Personal Assistants to join HWLE's Brisbane office. Day to day, your tasks will include:

  • assisting Partners and other legal staff;
  • using various court filing systems;
  • reporting and monthly billing using our file management system, Aderant;
  • preparation of correspondence, contracts and other documents; and
  • diary management, liaising with clients, file opening and other administration tasks.

To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have

  • experience with administrative support to Partners/Executives within professional services;
  • excellent grammar, spelling and attention to detail;
  • strong Excel skills and iManage experience is desirable; and
  • impeccable time management and organisation skills.

Among law student applicants, a minimum 2 years left in your studies is required (full-time availability is required).
