The opportunity

We have a unique opportunity for a dynamic Lawyer, who is looking for advancement opportunities, to join our impressive and highly rewarded Corporate & Commercial practice group, working with Corporate M&A Partner Natalya Hards.

The successful candidate will be engaged in M&A, investment funds, general corporate advice and transactions, general commercial work, and government and commercial contracting. In addition to direct Partner supervision, you will also have support from the wider corporate team, including another Senior Associate and a junior Solicitor resource. Candidates wishing only to work part-time (3+ days per week) are also encouraged to apply.

To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have

• 3+ years PQE minimum
• this role is open to Associate, Senior Associate, Special Counsel levels 
• previous M&A experience is essential
• investment funds/ funds management experience is highly desirable (but not essential)
• strong drafting skills
• ability to interact directly with clients in a professional manner
• ability to work well both independently and part of a team
• ability to juggle competing priorities and meet deadlines
• motivated with a willingness to learn
